Patient Business Services – This department is responsible for billing and collecting from insurance companies and patients. They strive to make sure claims are processed accurately and timely, that the insurance company pays correctly and that payments are posted accurately. In addition, they work with patients needing to establish payment plans or needing help understanding their insurance benefits. These employees are:
